![]() The Lemon-Aid Project is thrilled to announce plans for its 2025 Labor Day Weekend events, benefiting Tulsa Changemakers. Building on the momentum of last year’s success, which raised $20,000 for Lindsey House with the help of over 170 youth volunteers, LA2025 is poised to make an even greater impact in the Tulsa community. “Tulsa’s generosity fuels Lemon-Aid year after year,” said Katie Eller Murray, founder of The Lemon-Aid Project. “This project does more than raise money—it empowers kids with skills and values that last a lifetime. They are the heart of everything we do, and we can’t wait to see their entrepreneurial and giving spirit spark yet again in 2025.” Stirring Up Change With Tulsa Changemakers The 2025 theme, "Spark Change One Lemon At A Time," was thoughtfully created by members of Tulsa Changemakers' Leadership Council and reflects the spirit of youth-driven transformation that both organizations champion. Excitement is already brewing for what promises to be a weekend of entrepreneurship, generosity, and fun—all while empowering kids to make a difference. The Lemon-Aid Project’s mission is to inspire and equip youth of all ages to become impactful entrepreneurs and philanthropists through the simple act of selling lemonade. Over the past few years, Lemon-Aid has been honored to support Lindsey House, an organization whose mission and work we deeply admire. As we transition to supporting Tulsa Changemakers in 2025, we aim to not only elevate their existing success but also integrate their strong youth leadership base into our efforts. This partnership represents an exciting evolution, uniting our shared commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders. Hannah Jarman, Executive Director of Tulsa Changemakers, shared her enthusiasm: “Tulsa Changemakers is honored to be the benefiting partner for LA2025. We believe in the power of youth to transform our community, and The Lemon-Aid Project’s commitment to empowering kids aligns perfectly with our mission. Together, we can support Tulsa's young leaders today as they inspire the next generation to take action in the future.” A Taste of What’s To Come With the resounding success of the Satellite Stands pilot last year, confirmed returning locations of the supergroup stands include the Philbrook Museum of Art and the Tulsa State Fair, with additional locations to be announced soon. “We are excited to once again partner with The Lemon-Aid Project as a Satellite Stand, supporting the incredible impact Tulsa Changemakers has on our community. Last year’s event was a resounding success, and we can’t wait to bring the same passion and enthusiasm to this year’s efforts. At the Tulsa State Fair, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do, and we are honored to support Tulsa Changemakers in their inspiring mission to create meaningful change." Returning partners include Mother Road Market, serving as the official Lemon-Aid Kit Pick-Up and Kick-Off location since Lemon-Aid’s revival in 2019, the University of Tulsa, which has hosted a Lemon-Aid stand at the first football tailgate each season for the last two years, and Pepsi, the long-term official lemonade sponsor. The annual volunteer t-shirt contest, through multi-year partnership with Mythic Press, will also make a comeback focused on the “Spark Change One Lemon At A Time” theme, with more activities to be announced in the spring.
