Summers are some of the most sacred times in childhood. Swimming pools, ice cream trucks, camping trips, BBQs, bike rides, and…lemonade stands.

25 years ago, Tulsa kids showed the city how to give back through a simple childhood tradition: a lemonade stand. And now Tulsa is going to teach the world how to give back through this same good ol’ fashioned tradition in a new fashioned way.

We've asked well-known and respected members of the Tulsa culinary community, friends and family, as well as people who love to cook and bake from around the country to submit their favorite lemon and lemonade inspired recipes. This cookbook is a compilation of 25 food recipes in honor of the 25th anniversary of Lemon-Aid. And we were able to squeeze out a few extra beverage recipes for good measure.

Back by popular demand, Lemon-Aid Kits will be available for the first 100 volunteers to sign-up to sell lemonade around Tulsa over Labor Day Weekend. We provide the lemonade, cups, t-shirt and poster, you provide the creative juices, entrepreneurial drive and time over the holiday weekend.
