Citywide Lemon-Aid Stand Tradition Returns Labor Day Weekend With Dozens of Local Businesses Supporting The Effort
What: The Kick-Off Celebration Event for Lemon-Aid 2022 with music, games, a punch wall with prizes and, of course, Lemon-Aid. All benefiting Lindsey House and The Lemon-Aid Project. Volunteers for the Labor Day Weekend tradition can pick up their Lemon-Aid Kit and those that haven’t yet signed up, can (if supplies allow!) Where: Mother Road Market - The Patio (1124 South Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104 ) When: Friday, September 2, 2022 from 3pm - 8pm Who: Tulsa-area youth and family volunteers signed up to set up Lemon-Aid stands across the city over Labor Day Weekend, patrons of Mother Road Market… Everyone in the Tulsa area is invited! Why: Summers are some of the most sacred times in childhood. Join the rest of the Tulsa community by signing up to give back through a simple childhood tradition: a lemonade stand. We provide the materials (lemonade, cups, official t-shirt and poster) and you provide the creativity, energy and time! It’s free to participate. It’s fun (who doesn’t like Lemon-Aid?!) and it’s the right thing to do. Kids helping kids helping Tulsa. Photo Oppt: During the Kick-Off event as well as throughout the Labor Day Weekend. Locations of select volunteer stands can be made available. Add’l Info: www.thelemonaidproject.org ### Comments are closed.
